Reimagine what your body is capable of.
Pain changes more than how we move.
It changes how we trust ourselves and our bodies.
At Alchemist Physical Therapy, we help you rebuild the relationship between your mind and body through intentional movement, nervous system regulation, evidence-informed physical therapy, and care that's centered on the life you want to live.
This isn't about chasing symptoms.
It's about helping you move through life with greater freedom, confidence, and presence.
The Embodiment Method
Your body is constantly trying to protect you.
Sometimes that protection becomes pain.
Sometimes it becomes stiffness.
Sometimes it becomes fear of movement.
Healing isn't just about improving the muscles or joints.
It's also about helping your nervous system feel safe enough to move differently again.
The Embodiment Method combines evidence-informed physical therapy, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, breathwork, and movement education to help you reconnect with your body and move with greater confidence.
Potential patients seeking to use their insurance for services can do so, and will be contacted by a 3rd party service called Prava to help with understanding their coverage of benefits and process payments.
Personalized cash-based programs are available for individuals seeking return to sport/performance and wellness support.
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept:
- Credit and debit cards
- Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
- Cash
- CareCredit and other medical financing options (where applicable)
I am happy to help you determine whether your services may be eligible for insurance based reimbursement.
Concierge physical therapy means your session takes place in your chosen environment—such as your home, workplace, gym, or community space. This allows care to be tailored to your real-life movement demands and eliminates the need to travel to a clinic.
A hybrid practice offers both in-person and telehealth services. Telehealth sessions may be used for follow-ups, exercise progression, movement education, ergonomic assessments, or coaching—allowing flexibility while maintaining continuity of care.
Please wear clothing that allows for easy movement analysis:
- Tank top or fitted shirt
- Shorts (or leggings that allow joints to be clearly observed)
This allows your physical therapist to accurately assess joint motion, muscle activation, posture, and movement patterns during testing and exercise.
Your evaluation is a 60-minute comprehensive and individualized session often including:
- Movement and posture analysis
- Strength testing
- Range of motion assessment
- Identification of symptom sources (joint, muscle, tendon, ligament, or neuromuscular control)
- Discussion of lived experiences that may influence movement, pain, or healing
- Exploration of your values, goals, and priorities
- Collaborative development of a personalized plan of care
At the end of the evaluation session, we will discuss the number of visits and frequency of sessions appropriate for addressing your condition(s), expectations for progress in therapy, and address any of your questions and concerns.
Initial evaluations and follow-up sessions are more flexible than traditional clinic visits, allowing time for thorough assessment, education, and treatment.
Follow up visits are between 45-60 minutes, dependent on the needs of the client and the format of the visit (in-person vs. online).
I treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and movement-related concerns, including muscle and joint pain, chronic conditions, balance issues, spinal conditions, and more.
Services are tailored to the individual rather than a diagnosis alone.
No. California allows direct access to physical therapy without a physician referral for up to 45 calendar days or 12 visits (whichever comes first). If continued care is needed beyond this period, or if your condition does not improve as expected, a referral from a physician may be required. If you plan to seek insurance reimbursement, your plan may have additional referral requirements.

I am a highly sensitive, empathetic, and deeply compassionate person. I've learned that these aren't weaknesses in healthcare, they're superpowers. My ability to connect authentically with people creates a safe space where they can be vulnerable about what's really going on: not just "my knee hurts," but "I'm terrified I'll never be able to adventure the way I used to" or "I feel like my body is betraying me.
That vulnerability is where the transformation begins.
I help you explore the emotional, mental, and physical dimensions of your pain. We don't just treat symptoms—we uncover what you're truly fighting for, aligning your care with your deepest values to build a path forward that honors your whole self.
I don't just ask my clients to explore their values and show up courageously, this is a way of life for me too. I practice what I preach about self-compassion, self-trust, and empathetic leadership. It takes intention to cultivate a growth mindset during times of transition. I understand the courage it takes to grow and learn, the vulnerability required to ask for help, and the commitment needed to show up for yourself day after day.
I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey back home to yourself. I do so not as someone prescribing from above, but as a fellow human who knows what it means to invest in yourself and trust the transformation process.
